The USAID-funded Parliament Support Project is seeking
a full-time professional to write, edit, translate and
finalize project reports and letters in Arabic to the
highest professional standard, as well as develop
high-impact communication materials in both Arabic and
English for USAID and the parliament.

SALARY LEVEL : FSN Grade level 7/8

Peace Corps Morocco seeks a Program Assistant for the Small Business sector to work together with the sector Program Manager to support SBD Volunteers in Morocco.

DUTIES INCLUDE :

* Administration
* Drafting correspondence
* Filing program documents
* Assisting Program Manager in writing program reports Programming and Training
* Evaluating potential Volunteer sites
* Liaising with government officials
* Monitoring and evaluating of Volunteer activ ities
* Participating in the design and implementation of all Volunteer training
* Serving as technical coordinator for Volunteer
* Pre-Service training
* Volunteer Support
* Visiting Volunteers at site
* Responding to Volunteers in regards to programmatic issues

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING :

* University degree plus three years of relevant work experience
* Exceptional organizational skills
* Experience in delivering training
* Ability to work independently and be part of a team
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to liaise with appropriate authorities
* Knowledge of and experience with small business practices in Morocco
* Fluency in written and spoken French, Arabic and English
* Basic computer skills including word processing, internet, and e-mail
* Ability to travel up to 50% of time
* Moroccan Citizenship

OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

* Local Moroccan dialects
* Experience in the artisan sector in Morocco
* Drivers’ License
